If you need assistance with expedited orders, please call Customer Service at 916-291-9669 during our regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm PST. 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Order processing may require up to one (1) business day from the date the order is placed. For orders placed before 3:00pm PST we will make every attempt to ship out the same day. All orders will ship out no later than the next business day after an order is placed. Standard delivery may take an additional 3 to 6 business days depending on final destination of the order.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact Customer Service at 916-291-9669 during our regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm PST if you require expedited shipping. Customers that require expedited delivery will need to pay the full UPS or FedEx amount as quoted at checkout.

GROUND SHIPPING

Ground shipping options, when available, are for UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping only within the continental United States. For customers in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or other locations, the shopping cart will display your shipping cost before checkout is complete.

Promotional offers for free shipping, when advertised, are only available for UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping to the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), unless otherwise stated.
